Well Mikey!!! FYI Thursday was Janes Birthday. So sense its so close to Vallentines day i decided to Cook her a Gourmet Meal last night. She had Filet Mignon With sauted Mushrooms in Marsala and Balsamic
With a Broiled lobster tail seasoned with a dash of Dill and butter and Italian Bread with my homemade Brushetta and fetta cheese.

As far as cooking for you this year??? Well you will be fortunate to get my signature Smoked SPAM like you had last year if I even decide to cook.

And forget about this one.

And dont even think about Ribs and a Boston BUTT.

Well Bud my wife, Debbie, birthday is Feb 14 and she is in 7 degree NJ and I am in Florida. So.......I dont know whats shes having for Dinner

Mikey I can leave within the hour and travel half way to Jersey land tonight. And be there tomorrow for her Birthday/Valentines dinner. Providing I receive your permission. I'll cook her the same as I did Jane last night

Im just glad I have 4 Blocks that have never been welded on and two that only need renic. I guess after they are extinguished I'll be done with High performance Boating as I know it.

With this especially #3 as this also happened in auto drag racing where high priced specialized parts (heads etc) priced the sportsman out.

Dave I am extremely sorry for hijacking your thread even though I wasn't the original poster that violated your thread!!! See post #6. I never thought in my Wildest dreams that Mikey would try a vicious attempt to throw me under the Bus??? It hurts deep to a point I cant begin to explain. It is beyond causing me to seek out psychiatric help which I have found it hard to find. Most of my past Psych's have either quit the practice or committed some sort of suicide after counseling me??? The last one I found that would see me had never heard of me but I had to travel over 100 miles as most have spread my name as a person not to Counsel??? For the life of me I cant understand why??? But that's my problem and mine only.

Thanks Dave I spoke to her bright and early this morning. 7degrees in NJ. 75 here in stuart but she will make the best of it. I surprised her with a new snowblower and ice scrapper in the garage

Your such a romantic. Remember years back I got the wife a Labed Lightning ET for her birthday. She kept complaining how the worked chopper made her nervous on the Cougar.
