When I was up in N.C. bac in 01 me and they guy I worked with would go to Wilber's in Goldsboro at least twice a month. They have the best vinegar style BBQ pork I've ever had.

If you stumble across a BBQ joint that has Ketchup/sweet BBQ sauce thay are either Transplants that opened a joint or have altered their sauces to satisfy Northern and Western Tourists.
