2003 Honda 150 question
Went to go look at a boat with twin 2003 Honda 150 four strokes, that a friend has. He wasn't home so I couldn't start it. My question is with the engines in gear should I be able to spin props? I stood on the props, and bounced but they didn't budge. Is this normal? Or are they seized?
