The Vector has the core design as the Viper so yes, there should be core under the foam also.

Oh my, love those photos. No other boat design has the same effect on me that a Hydrostream does.

Vectors got the core under the boxes.....guess if u weren't gonna go back with core it might not be necessary to pull boxes and core out??......

I really like the way you designed the crossmembers by allowing space for water to drain out. Very nice

That looks great. Very well thought out and executed. Your rear transom box form is exactly the way Progression made mine. I'll look for some photos of it. Your photo illustrates the correct way of kneeing transoms - as you have done, to the bottom of the boat, not the floor. Very nice.

I like the fact that you left the float boxes in there too. You never know when those may come in handy....

Here is a photo of my transom and how Progression boxed it in. This was taken while my boat was being rigged and it was at the ramp for its first test run. This was before the new interior was ready.

Progression used Baltek Decolite l for all of my boat's stringers, floor and bracing. On my boat, the transom well was retained, and the knees are contoured to match the transom well shape underneath, and so they're attached from the floor to the underside of the transom well. You can see they also added lateral supports to fully box the structure. The battery and trim pump are mounted on top of the horizontal supports. My boat was never made with any flotation, and as you can see there are no foam boxes there, which I feel necessitated the addition of the horizontal supports.

The screw-panels on the floor are to allow access so everything could be thru-bolted. All the floor fittings are thru-bolted, as required by the use of Deco-Lite. You can also see the access holes in front of the fuel tank bolts. Also, those hatches are left open when the boat is not (never) in use to allow aeration. I have two fitted micro-fans that sit on top of those openings that would have been used to ventilate the underfloor area if the boat were ever used (lol).

What an awesome Vandal and project, with killer photos to match. I love it. That engine looks perfect with it too. No other boat will ever have the effect on me that a Hydrostream does. Not only the boats themselves, but the community of Hydrostream owners has so much to be proud of. I am very grateful to be a part of it. I visit the Power Tour threads very nearly every single day. Thanks to the photos of Janna and others, we will forever have a record of the most awesome action photos of Hydrostreams. I can never get too much of it. Just love everything about them!

Thank you Greg!!! This is one boat I hope I never have to get rid of. There's so much time planning set ups with FlowMaxx and strength testing that was done with Hydrostreamvking4m that I could never forget this boat. I love my hydrostreams and will never not have one.
