Marine Machine Steering Rams
These were on my Skater and rebuilt by Marine Machine and never used.
All new bushings and seals. Cylinders look almost new.
They were on my 300X motors.
$2100 for the pair
$1200 eachLast edited by hydroo; 01-02-2016 at 10:36 AM.

Just the rams/ cylinders. (As pictured) They are spares for my Skater.
They have been hanging in my garage so long I forgot about them.

I found the Marine Machince invoice from 2009!
sales rep: Byng
Large front clevis $195
Small clevis end with bushing $150
Cylinder without tilt tube pin $956.02
These were not purchased from eBay.
Because Marine Machine is no longer in business they have value to me as back up for my Skater steering.
I would sell them for $2100 pair
or $1200 each
Thank you for the interest.

Do you have Byng phone number send MM an email wanting to buy a cylinder re-seal kit and was quoted $95.00 sent another e-mail to find out what was in the kit and no response? $ 95.00 for 3 o-rings seams out of line!
Anyone ever use o-rings from MC Master car in this application? It is a standard size 218 square o-ring

You may want to look at Hardin Marine website. They have a replacement seal kit for the Mayfair Ram for 109.99 and show a picture of the parts in the kit. Part number 137-9248. I thought MM bought Mayfair or something like that. I'm in the same boat as you as far as trying to rebuild my ram. Byng wasn't much help, only wanted to sell me new pin and ram kit....
