Dear friends,i bought the ex charlie mccarthy race boat 38 top banana and are restoring it now,i would be very happy with any pictures or information about the boat that was not on the internet yet !

Congrats! That's a historic boat, I'm glad someone is going to treat it right. Was it in Bristol, RI? Head over to offshoreonly, Charlie is very active over there in the Banana Boat forum area. He'd probably have the most info for sure.

yes it was for sale in bristol,i have contact with charlie already,just looking for some people who has maybe also some pics or information from after charlie raced with it,it still was doing races for 4 years more owned by a mr.patriarca from rhode island with racing nr.666

Why would you install Bravo III? Those Duo-prop drives are for big heavy cruisers with the outdrives buried deep in the water.
