I'd go autometer. Livorsi customer service the last couple of years have sucked. They had a big turnover of employees and they have ditched a lot of their services. I had hem in my Top Gun.....now in my TS I will be replacing soon with all Autometer Gauges.

Livorsi's poor customer service seemed to coincide with the batteries failing in their gps antennas and them having no good fix for it. The tach I had also didnt work properly on the correct setting and their answer was just try all the other settings till something seems close......really?

Autometer..........I believe they also actually make the GPS gauge for livorsi.

    Best prices here :

If you have a problem with a gauge they have exchanged it in the past w/ no problem. JMO

Garmin 440 has GPS digital, maps, ton of data and saves it all, antenna built in...nice to have it all.

I like that speed hut unit any issues with moisture? The website says they are not waterproof
How did you install it they look very shallow? Silicone?

livorsi is not very accurate ...if you want a good internet speed number , then thats the one you need...a boat at jasper said we were over 109 when actually we topped out at 103 and 105 . our tow gps were right together and dead on with out phone and truck speeds.

Livorsi is made by autometer right? I could swear either the Gaffrig or Livorsi gauges in my boat say made in USA and autometer on them somewhere. I could be wrong but not sure why it would stick in my mind.

I just built a new XB2002 and we used a GPS Digital Speedometer built by Perfect Pass. The unit is called Precision Star. Tell them you will be installing it in a 100 mph boat and they will set you up. It has a recall, a trip odometer and a clock. This unit is very accurate.
