How soon does it power up? is there any lag, I read some ebay feedback and one person wrote it takes too long to start up. Just imagine sitting still motor off BSing with other boaters and everyone agrees to make a run you start up jump on it and the speedo is lagging to start up.
    Do you notice this?

I also have a Sanger Barefooter which has a Livorsi and a Perfect Pass in the dash. The Livorsi will have a different reading than the calibrated Perfect Pass. The Precision Star for the Allison was built to Glenn Reynolds specs of 25 Hz. 25 Hz tells us the Precision Star is up dating the speed readings 25 times per second. The contact for the Precision Star is the president of the company, Gary Allen.

Fastest one has to be the correct speed.

Myself like analog more than digital to view when running, the speedhut has digital on the recall that is nice.

I'm sure the digital is more accurate.........

    Same day saved GPS readings...

So if my Autometer dial hits 90 , which it has, the Challenger must be actually at 90.7
