PVS Hole Machine - Shop Wanted

I need PVS vent holes installed in a non Merc prop. I thought I had read years ago that some shops have a machine that can cut true PVS holes into any prop so that you can then use the Mercury plastic plugs to tune the prop.

Anyone know which prop shops might have this capability? Has anyone had this done to one of there props? Thx for any feedback.

Any good machine shop can do it if you give them the dimension and location.....

Thanks but candidly I'm a luddite with that type of thing. I think there is a shop out there that has tooling that will cut a perfect PVS hole to accept the plastic plugs. Hoping to find that outfits name and location.

I'm assuming that the various Mercury PVS plastic plugs are all the exact same diameter and have the same snap

most big prop shops have the mills, and the correct bits to do them.

    steves custom props
    croxton
    tillmans

SCP charges 15.00 per hole to do them.

a true machine shop will be much higher as their labor rates are really high.
