Someone further up asked about the 25 Talon. The 25 is made by Hustler.

i am interested to see how the 22 compares to a 21 LIBERATOR.

Mr Gator, Kathy Is fine she says hay, come down sometime, u know the way. a suggestion to randy on his new 22 is to remove the rear hatch cover a total waste of space and replace it with a sunpad. not hard to do, I made a new hatch out of treated plywood and covered it with a 2 inch thick peace of foam, Then covered it with a peace of marine upholstery. Also put a actuator arm on it to raise and lower it electrically. great place for the better half to sunbathe, or just a comfy place to sit and enjoy your favorite beverage, adds a few pounds but really ads a nice touch to the boat. I will take a pic and post so u can see just how nice it looks.

    Todd,
Wish that I could have attended your meeting in Sarasota with Gary and Chip. A lot of knowledge and history for sure. Glad to hear that you will be using PPI for your interiors. PPI is the absolute best. You will enjoy working with Jim, Lee and their crew. Your 22 looks great. Welcome to Florida. I look forward to meeting you in person and seeing your product. Good choice working with Randy Corson. He does a fabulous job with his custom paint and rigging. Again Todd, welcome south to you and your family.

Gary, I'll be back down here again shortly. We will get together.

Update on Randy's boat. We are finally over on the east coast, Fort Pierce to be exact. Stopping at Doug Wright's shop and then to Randy. Been a really cool and educational trip.

Todd. while you are here in ft pierce. take a ride thru the industrial park by the airport. alot of boat builders there with room for more. i would think the lease per ft prices are much less than anything south of here. i dont know how much space you need. i have a 4800sf building on us1 in south ft pierce. it may make a good boat shop.

    Todd,

You have made a fine decision to locate in Ft. Pierce. I know that you were entertaining the Port Orange area but I believe that you will be much happier in Ft. Pierce. As the one member posted, there are a lot of boat manufacturers in Ft. Pierce and that is no accident. When you are back in Florida I would love to meet up with you and see your product.

What's Gary doing now? I still think a Talon 22 is the best looking boat I've ever laid eyes on. I'm glad I had the opportunity to own one of the original twins.

Thanks Randy. I misinterpreted Todd's comments. Like many others, I am anxious to see what you create with the white canvas of the 22 Talon. As always it will be special. I like the colors that you are entertaining.

Gary is still doing some boat designs, repair work and there is a possibility of us working on a project boat here in the future.
