no you want a 2.5 2 pc adapter plate and tuner for your horsepower range,,unless you have a 260 then you'd want a 2.5 adapter.

They will all work with any cowl /Powerhead there all the same foot print if you will.. The difference between the 2.5 2.4 are the size of the exhaust ports and where the water drain holes are the one you just pictured is and "early" 2.4 liter plate which Won't work correctly with a 2.5 motor bc a 2.5 has bigger exhaust ports and uses bigger water drain holes hope this helps a little bit maybe someone will chime in if I'm wrong or forgot something

This is a late style 2.5 plate that will accept early and late style tuner. It has been drilled and taped for dry stacking and is also a 3/4" water tube. For some reason it looks like the original drain holes have been modded and redrilled. With a better top view picture I can give you better info.
    Looks like a nice plate!

This is a 2.4 plate that some opened the exhaust ports to match a 2.5 block. Nothing wrong with doing that and running a 2.5 on it.
Yes, that will only accept the 2.4 and early style 2.5 tuner but in order to run the 2.5 tuner you will need to weld a small piece of material to fill a 1/4" gap.

Like tux said, you can weld material back into it to match the 2.4 exhaus portt or put a 2.5 on it. Or sell the plate and buy the 2.4 plate/tuner I listed for sale, changing the plate is easier and cheaper
