Is this the fastest Power Cat ?

    https://youtu.be/zoJOJ0p6Wv8
We had our 7th annual Power Cat Rendezvous this last weekend and the two
fastest Power Cats ever were both in attendance.. This first video link is of
a 1959 Power Cat 18c out for a little run... I will have more from the weekend
to show as the photos and videos get collected.

    Powercat Hydro the fast ones

I think when the bigger Mercs came out the true cats became pretty scared.

The 3 point Hydros could take the power without blowing over as easy.
Attached is a photo of the Powercat Hydro Richie and I drove in the Gold Coast around 1964.
Other than the Switzerland wing they were the fastest outboard OPC in that time period.

There are no records that show how many were built, they keep turning up from all over the US and now
a couple have been shipped to Australia to collectors. I am guessing that at least 30 have turned up so
far, but everytime I think thats it, another one pops up. The 17h was the 3pt hydro, the one we call the
18h was a 4pt hydro and only one has been found so far and it's in my "yard art" collection.
