i would not do any forged pistons myself i would do vertex or wsm thin ring , 7500 is well within there capacity and so much more affordable

X2 on the vertex! 7500= cast every time. That is the best bang $.I ran one set of WSN with no problems as well. You can get a new set of wisecos top pinned by Marles, or mortgage the farm and go Wizards.

Used to be a lot of problems. Then people figured out they need more clearance, and wiseco changed the recipe a little, and started making a better outboard piston.I have heard the new ones are ok,I have a new set that I had Marles top pin,but have not run them yet.Time will tell!

I like the WSM pistons...they are cast, but with a high strength alloy (developed by NASA) and made in Germany and very high quality. They make oversized pistons for promaxes (with 1.5mm rings) and 300X motors that no one else does. Never had one fail or a pin come out. They are a little more $ than the vertex...which I have also used and are good as well.
