Power issue
Hi I have a 240 Sportjet that should pull 6000 RPMs when all is well. Currently its down around 5600.It falls flat here and when you give it more throttle it just kinda of bogs and wont take it. I was looking at it today and the airhorn (butterfly faces up ) has quite alot of fuel in it and the inj wires are wet.It has had a day for the fuel to evaporate and its is hot here. To my mind this isn't right. Is It? I had the injectors out for cleaning at the start of the season could a o ring be leaking on the injectors? I also forgot to put a little loctite on the reed valve screws could they have come loose and caused me a issue. Thanks for your help.

Is it spitting back through the air horn while idling? If so, I'd recheck the reeds.... how do the plugs look? Does it smell rich when running?
