Mercury offshore single ram trim sender
Where would a person start to look for one of these senders. It has the black and brown wires.

Mercury V-6 Single Ram Trim Sender-Port Side
Hey Carter. The Mercury part number you seek is: #86485A5 (which superceded the previous A1). They are available as old stock at various places. www.MarinePowerService.com ... www.LeadersRPM.com ... www.SunsetMarine.com ...etc. Make sure the stainless trim pin(s) in the clamp, that accuate it, turn/twist effortlessly. For whats its worth, I believe they are a waste of time & money due to their gauge inaccuracy and dependability, & relying on them, in a small fast boat that is dependent on accurate trim attitude, is downright dangerous. But thats up to you. How was your move to Texas?

FUJIMO: I really don't rely on it at all as I have a trim limit unit to set the proper motor angle. I just wanted to replace it because it quit working and I hate that. Thanks for the help. Still not in Texas yet but very soon.
