My first guess would be low oil on the boat tank, second guess would be low oil on the onboard (on-engine) reservoir (once the sensor on the onboard tank is activated, the ECU counts the oil pump shots and knows the volume. Once you get to about 25% left, it will put you into EngineGuardian to save the engine), after that I'd look for sensors out of range. A DDT or any SmartCraft gauge with text would also tell you more info about it. Those background horns tell you there is something wrong, but EngineGuardian isn't limiting power YET. Anytime EngineGuardian is limiting power, the horn is blowing constant or near constant. Good luck finding it! And please report back what you find.

Check all the fuses. Are you sure it's three beeps and not four? Four would be either water in the fuel or oil tank sensor. The magnet in the oil tank float tend to fall off or the sensor goes bad, quite common

good call. Water in fuel would be on the top of the list, as well. Remove the filter and dump it into a container so you can safely analyze what's inside. It can be reused once the water is removed/dumped. Just make sure the gasket stays intact.

I drained the fuel water filter while I was stuck on the water...I can't remember the beeps and now the only thing it does is beep once when the key is turned on its getting spark and if I check the shratter valve on the fuel pump while turning it over it squirts fuel not sure of the pressure

It is supposed to beep every time it is keyed up to let you know the horn is working. Sounds like you had a little water in your filter. See if it comes back, but for now, all should be good. The filter is just doing its job and letting you know so! If that is the only water you get in there, it was probably just condensation, if it continues, you would want to drain the tank(s). Good Luck!

Excuse me Flabum, I'll handle this
If its 4 beeps apprx every 2minutes, it is either water in fuel filter or oil issue.
Start engine (one beep when starting is normal)
When 4 beeps sound, turn off
Remove connection at bottom of on motor fuel filter
    Restart engine and let run.
If no alarm you have water in fuel filter, remove filter and empty
    Reinstall and reconnect fitting.
Start motor, if horn sounds it is an oil issue
Remove cap to see if oil rises in on motor tank
If oil rises it was just water in fuel filter

    If oil does not rise.

Make sure caps are tight on remote tank

If tank caps are tight, I recommend the following (some Bum from Fla helped me with this)
Replace tank on motor (some part in it is bad)

Replace check valve where air line from oil tank goes to motor.

    Should solve your problem

If you have spark and fuel pressure, it sounds like the injectors aren't firing..... it's going to need to be scanned and checked for proper fuel pressure........

Ok I should have looked into it a little more but it was just water in the fuel there was enough water to just pump water so it didn't look like it was mixed in tank was drained and now it runs again

Crank position sensor. With the 04 300X you will get alarms for a ton of conditions....the two obvious were mentioned (low oil and water in fuel). Also will get a alarm for a sensor out of range like MAP or Temp , low water pressure etc.
Even in full guardian, the engine should start. But that freakin crank position sensor will not show up on the DDT and kill the engine dead. Seen it several times. Just a WAG...
