    1992 XR-4 powerhead

    What kind of powerhead cowling does this have? Clamshell or bucket?

    I guess what I'm asking is does it have the cast-in mounts on the water jacket cover to mount a clamshell? The later blocks didn't have these mounts cast in so you were forced to use a bucket, or fabricate something for a clamshell to work. Could you post some more pics of the back of the block?

    It has a clamshell with it, actually an xr2 cowl, so it will go with it and is ready to accept a clamshell which is way lighter.
