    Reusing pistons good or bad

    I am in the process if rebuilding my 2001 200 efi mercury outboard and I hade to have 1 hole sleaves and 1 bored was wondering if I should replace all pistons or just the 2?

    I look at it this way, it is already apart why not put all new parts in it, at least that is how I think

    that is also how i think ive been rebuilding for people several years and i bore them all and put new pistons and bearings in them along with a lot of other thing most dont do

    nice goin mister you wont be sorry im very afraid of locator pins coming lose after one piston has served its time its not worth the gamble imho to reuse them
