1990 21' Skater w/ 2005 280 in NY---Feeler

Ok, this is the day I haven't been looking forward to.
Mom's got advanced Alzheimer's, and not much insurance, wife and I moved her in with us in May of 2011. 5/12/11 was the last day the Skater was in the water. We have decided to try to let it go. This is killing me.
It's in reasonable condition. The front seats are stock, the rest of the interior has been replaced. it has the original red snap in carpet, Autometer Pro Comp marine gauges w/GPS speedo. It's got an In-Control foot throttle and shifter. It's got an original Bob's jack plate, and the hydraulic pump was replaced in 2010, with new from Bobs. It's got the aluminum surge tank in the back, with two new Holley low pressure blue pumps(2010). We bought the boat with a mid-90's 260, and broke a mid section, and before I found a new one, I found this low hour(14),2005 280 OS, with a con box, and bought it. We made a wing plate, so we could keep the stock Skater 2 ram steering. The engine runs flawless, probably has near 115 hours, but not sure. The finish sucks, the guy I bought it from had sprayed it with white gelcoat. We were going to have it painted. It has a Skater, single axle trailer, that basically is junk. I had bought a new axle for it, but haven't installed it yet. I have a 30 pitch Chopper II (should be pitched to a 29)worked by Rich Junker @ Leading Edge in Bradenton Fla., and an original, unmolested 28 pitch Drag 4.
I also have the mid '90's 260 w/JSRE spacer, drop on for sale($5K negotiable), and a factory flawless Merc Alien cowl and base plate from a 2.5 OS SS($850 bucks). I will list in separate adds.

I am looking for something in the low $19k range for the hull, 280, and trailer, or will consider a trade on a late model, Jeep Wrangler 2 door JK, automatic.
