rebuilt bridgeport white smoke from exhaust black water from mid

have a rebuilt Bridgeport ,installed on hydrostream xt ,motor was rebuilt from shop in Minnesota wont say who, I,m just the installer
    here are the results .
hit the key and motor fired right up sounded like something amiss not running on all 6
looked at tops of pistons some wet some not ,removed injectors as a assembly and turn key crank engine spraying into towel so I can watch 3 good 3 not good
so I did a quick clean reinstall running on all 6 now but smoking white real bad ,and the water coming from holes in mid looks like dirt brown/black I let it run across my hand
it looked like brown dirty water ,water from heads was clear .shut off motor there was black goo oozing from exhaust around carrier onto drive and is nasty I cannot get it off drive
I have a 2' wide black oily stripe down my whole drive anyway I,m having owner take boat to that shop that rebuilt the motor and have them look into there work see what they over looked
sparkplugs were new and looked like there wiped off clean after running , there are electric issues stator and rectifier also I cannot touch ,this was told to be a ready to run motor
and they said we ran it for 1/2 hour ,would be impossible as they would of been smoked out in 5 min .

All I can say is this. A gentleman once asked me to do a start up on a motor that was rebuilt with virtually 0 hours from out of state. The motor was dragging, distributor wouldn't move etc. I backed out. He talked me into coming back, mistake on my part. I was trying to help, it didnt end good. I wish you lots of luck. The moral of my story is, I'll never do that again.

Had a lemmonrude come from up north, they said it was just serviced and had a new vro pump on it.... it would not stay running and got to the point it seized. After checking it out, found when you primed it, the fuel would fill #6 and hydro lock it....bad VRO pump..... got it running decent and all the years of carbon and oil build up ended up on our drive just like you're describing...... maybe there's a hole in the fuel pump diaphragm...............

Another thought.... sure it's white smoke and not steam?.... brown water could be exhaust system being steam cleaned.........

Clean plugs is a sign of water intrusion, which could also cause the white smoke. Leaking gasket?

Unless it has TiN rings can do leakdown after an hour.
