    Brucato SVS question

I saw a video earlier and noticed that in the front, the top two slots are slightly higher than the front while the center and bottom are spaced much further forward. Why? I have never owned nor worked on one and have only seen a couple in person, just a poor ole carb guy...hehe

here is the video --> https://www.facebook.com/bill.foner/...9039979492754/

Has to do with the length of the exhaust chest runners for each group of cylinders. Lowest two have a very short exhaust chest runner

Thanks Erik, so I understand there is a relationship of exhaust and intake runner size?

Yes there is. In order to keep the different cylinder groups equal they have to change the length of the intake runners. Hence the stacks

I see, thanks so much for the insight. I know sometimes I ask simple questions to you gurus but I'm just a pup looking to make my way off the porch.
