Looks like a Detwiler what size is it 8"? does it have the pump in the plate or is it sepatate with oil lines running to the pump ( early style)

Its the early style. Good or bad??? Any idea what its worth? not sure about size.

measure from the surface that bolts to the transome to the surface that bolts to the motor. do you have the lines and pump? does it work? no leaks?

It measures 11 1/2" from the surface that bolts to the transom to the surface that bolts to the motor.

No bought a boat with this one on it. Wondering what its worth. So would this one be a 11" or 11.5 " set back? Never seen one this size.

it would be a 10" or a 12" ,didn't think they made one that big. is there a part number on it?

Something around a 10 inch isn't uncommon. I paid $700 new for the high speed CMC 5.5 inch I bought a year ago. The 10 inch didn't add much cost but I didn't want to commit to that distance - I actually have 9.5 inches of setback after using spacers.
At the time there were some models on Ebay for about $550 new old-stock that had the non-integral hydraulics - to me I figured it'd be best to get the latest design in a commonly found brand in case the thing gave me trouble later.
I'd say what you got is worth $300 if it's in good working condition.
