It's not supper fancy but it is wright on the river. Crystal cove would be my guess. And the st johns river from there up to lake George is awsome boating. No speed limits sone nice spring's you can go to. Come check it out June 26 there's a run there.

I have to agree that the St. Johns river is a great place to run. You won't find a "resort" that I am aware of but you can find nice (clean) cabins or small motel rooms with slips out front Andersens lodge or Welaka lodge (both in Welaka). There is also a small motel in Astor just South of the bridge. These will give you a 40 mile run to the North or South and are fairly close to Lake George and the springs.

Mad Tunnel , Are all those large buildings off Little Lake George Condos , or are there some rentals over that way ? I've never explored up in there , always just flying by on the main river . I thought , there was a bed and breakfast up that way also , that some of the guys would stay at ?

I have to say Saint Johns but I spent last weekend on the Harris Chain of Lakes , gotta give it a thumbs up, lots of water and things to do.

Not sure about those rich? I don't get down there very often either. Yep would agree the chains are nice also. Nice motel in traverse. Some of the chain links are a little long but still a nice ride through them.

suwannee gables is like a 5 star resort !!!!!! naw its filthy but I love the place I hav to admit ..... im actually saving for a camper will b nice to know I hav somewhere nice to stay ... will hopefully make more events
