Nice boat. Looks to be in great shape. That is the year and model boat that started my stream addiction. Coco loco flake viper, with a 1500XS for power.

Thanks guys. It's finally getting warm enough to take her out and go ripping instead of just looking at pics and wishing the ice would melt!

59Powercat, Robby, and Pete, thank you for the complements. You all have killer boats yourselves that I've liked for a long time.

Trace, I REALLY like that red paint block! Back in the 70's with my XS Switzer I ran it "wrapless" (even though a louvered wrap is cool)..that sound! Hat on, but when got foggy water density at night? (Stupid but lived)..that sucker would "wake up" as now "water injection!" Maybe the drugs, beer, but I didn't care as "young and stupid"..(now old and STILL stupid!"..?..
But I DO remember one night wrap off and motor running at our dock. All the spark plug wires side the block were doing blue "sparklers" to the block!" Try yours at dark wrap off. Looks cool and in no wake zones at night got me a lot of "thumbs up!" Just to much damn fun times! Plus daylight had head phones on no wake and ACDC in my head. PLUS? Had a black baseball cap on with "silver wings"..Greek "Mercury God". Just to damn much fun then! And I REGRET EVER selling that boat! But simple glad I "lived those days! ..Just wish more pix then!

Ronnie, are you the same Ronnie that had a bad accident in a 'Stream?
Hey Robbie, glad you like the red, kinda did it on a whim, and I really liked it. A bunch of guys on JOMS copied the red powerhead and we even started a "red head" club. Old and stupid here too man.
