I believe this belonged to Bill Fennesee in McDonough Georgia at the time the piccture was taken in Florida. I've swapped some stuff back and forth with Bill over the years and he had some really neat stuff. He'd had health problems for over a decade and I was told that he passed away over a year ago. I've never been able to find anyone who knows where his stuff went. He had a couple of pieces I'd really love to have had.
