    Thumbs up K&N Filters

Have one in my 92 GMC pick up since 98, went to clean it a couple weeks ago. Noticed some of the filter media was missing after rinsing. No receipt from 98 but have the original box that I keep the stock filter incase I need to use the truck before the filter dries.
Sent K&N an e-mail the returned one asking for pics, truck info, miles on filter aand my address. Received my new no charge filter today.
That is standing behind your product and great customer service. Nice to see these days.

Ya didn't make the million mile mark, just over 200K but gets cleaned more often than most cuz of the time spent on dirt roads. Had many this was the first one to have an issue.

Guess I could have tried the local parts store that sells K&N, but like you had no receipt so went straight to K&N. Sure nice to see they stand behind million mile warranty.
