If you're looking for MAX RPM ya need to see the top kids on the 65's. I think they have a few 1000 rpm on the 125's

My parents bought us a yz85 and me and beef put a sand paddle tire on it for the beach. My dad gave us his cell phone and put it on vibrate, when he herd the cops call on the scanner he rang the phone and we hauled ass off the beach back to the house and hid the bike

Pretty funny looking back at a 25ft rooster tail and it would wheelie like a slick on pavement through 4th gear. I dono if it had a revlimiter or if it just ran out of port/pipe but man the little ones twist.

How about a 20,000 rpm 250cc inline 4- When they modify them, they are turning to 26,000. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJ8R4tYbX5w

Honda had a 6 cyl 125 CC four stoke in like 66' Mike Hailwood rode it . 26 ,000 RPM the same engine design would follow for many many years in a host of models , my favorite being the under chassied CBX .

    Tom,

My dad had a CBX with the bodywork on it-now he just got his new bmw inline 6 (that's a nice sport touring bike). As for those little displacement inline 4s, the fact that valve train can live is amazing!

Hope to see you Friday night.
