It's a mod vp model it was built like a rock for roundy round racing and i think Allison only built a small amount of these models this one is very special it was built for the fastest Allison driver in Canada

this is my old boat . I raced this boat for 4 years in odba tdba. mr owens was a sponser of mine. I surely do miss his late night phone calls. this boat was built to set a new kilo record but mr owen developed a medical cond and was not cleared to compete. this boat org had a capsule with a bubble canopy. also the black was blue. as was all of mr owens boats. this was the best handling Allison I have ever driven.r.i.p. mr owens as I will never forget all of your help and advice. mr owens also ran a 2002 mvp to a record of 126 with a mod vp 200 2.5 I drove this boat gps over 127 with a 178 gear with a 28 cleaver at 9600 rpms. this is or was a fantastic rig whin I last saw it good luck with your sale. if you need pictures of this boat with mr owens in it I have them. 843 687 9444 baitman out.

also forgot to mention his bisnuess was mountain cablevision pt saint Claire quebec Canada. he once drove from home in a cargo van to jasper tennesse to watch us race at the world finals and he was alone. hell of a man I say aye! loved the man baitman out

Baitman, it still is a fantastic boat!
The only reason I'm not racing it anymore is I can't get it light enough to run Pro Mod.
This year in Jasper I was 74 lbs over weight.
People who see this boat in person can't believe it's 25 years old.
I can say without hesitation that everyone who's owned this boat has taken good care of it.
It has a couple of small stress cracks on the deck but other then that it's mint.
If it doesn't sell I'll be moth balling it for a couple years until my son wants to learn how to drive an 01. He's already got his eye on my 02!!

the same reason I sold it. iwas 1400 mod and put a alex heldion 2.7 z port and they outlawed it. I stepped up to pro gas but the 2.7 had so much torque it threw it on its side and slide 50 yards so I went to a training wheel 1/4 master, problem solved . your boat had a caption that said no training wheels baitman out

He truly is a genius.
It still has a captain that doesn't do training wheels.
I had an STV....once. It's the only boat I've sold in the last 20 years.
Still have all my Allisons.

I owned this boat about 6-7 years ago, great boat for sure. I saved this boat and brought it back to life after MANY hours of sanding and buffing. The boat looked great when I sold it and it still looks great. I was the one who changed the blue to black on the boat.
