Bosch fuel pump fittings?
I scored a new-old-stock Bosch 984 pump. My boat is already rigged with 3/8 hose from my Weldon setup. It's my understanding that this pump has an inlet barb that should accept a 7/16" or 1/2" hose. Two questions:
Is it acceptable to use an inline 3/8" x 1/2" barb reducer fitting to adapt the fuel line to the 3/8" hose coming from the tank and filter? Suggested source?
Apparently the pump outlet is M12x1.5. Where can I get the metric male to 3/8" barb fitting needed for this?
Thsnks in advance.
