I'm no baller.... I built a trailer in my driveway, replaced the old motor with a sign on the line deal.....
IF I had money, I'd be in a 25' Cat LoL.
And I had towers of Power as a kid. Nothing to sneeze at if done right.
I cant wait to come out there now, I'm going to drag you guys like your anchored to the back of a Bad ass Apache LOL>

Thanks Fullers Marine Best in the Business..

Well team... I tried but I am afraid my racing days, (3), are over so I'm putting my Velocity and trailer up for sale. I'll get some pictures up and an ad on the marketplace. I really wanted to get it back together. The boat is done but the remaining needs just aren't in the cards. It was completely taken down to just the bare hull with top deck removed. I re-did al the stringers front to back, bulkheads, re-enforced all seams and had a professional from Christ Craft reseal the top deck to the hull. It is as solid as any 22 Velocity out there. Re-build added about 250 lbs. It's strong and will take anything class 7 conditions can through at it. Boat completely re-done on 2003 tandem axel trailer, with upholstery redone etc. no rigging or gauges at all. I would like to get $4,000 if possible. It will last 30 more years.

Don-Why not cover the boat untill next year? Class 7 will still be here. I hate to see you sell it after ALL the work you've done. Just because its not in the cards this year, cover it and forget about it for a while-maybe you'll feel different in a few months. I know you put alot of time and energy into it. I hope you step back, catch your breath and come back next year!!

    some very good advice!
FYI, Do not think a good 2.5 200 motor will not be competitive in the class with some good driving and proper setup. GL either way.

Don, Wish you'd reconsider too.... Trust me, I've been rebuilding my life since the divorce bro... you gotta live, Set the boat aside and save up for the power. Or do like me and sign on dotted line. I make a payment on my new motor
    At least we'd be racing

Thanks Fullers Marine Best in the Business..
