"sight" instead of "site".
Maybe the first grammatical mistake by any of my Canadian brothers
Normally after a weekend of conversing w/them I feel like takin my jug a shine and headin back down to the holler and roundin up my 5th grade English teacher fer a lil sit down.Last edited by Instigator; 03-01-2015 at 06:42 AM.
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

Thats funny but this Canadian makes lots. When I was in grade school in the 60's did not need to know how to spell. The wanted to nurture our " creative abilities " all great till high school went from honor marks to just passing. All because in high school they didn't play the "creative " game lost a mark for every spelling error.

Heres a board I belong to with an example of how to let members rate the vendors.
There is a vendor and member feedback forum.
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=89
You could set up the banner advertisements etc. to link the feedback section. In other words, click on the banner and it takes you to a feedback section for that vendor. From there, the potential customer could click through to the vendors website.Last edited by Mr. Demeanor; 03-01-2015 at 03:11 PM.

Doesn't the reputation level accomplish the same thing? They could make it so it goes negative also. Doesn't look like its used enough.

Can't we just reply to all of his post and warn any possible buyers? I hate the on line bashing...! I would rather deal with people in person. But I have purchased one of the awful Alein cowls before just to save some money. It was just another example of you get what you pay for. I'm glad I sold it. It was the only thing that took away value of my motor when I sold the Boat. I would be glad to put a warning on every post Beagle One makes.

I wonder how long it will take for me to get kicked off of Scream and fly for posting Buyer beware on all his ads? It will be an honor to be removed from the forum to help do what the administraters won't. Call me a Martyr. I wonder how many virgins I'll get.

Gentlemen;
We shipped the merchandise to the buyer who started this thread in one piece which were two boxes banded together with stretch wrap. They arrived to him unharmed. He opened the package and contacted me after inspecting the product and just as our warranty stated he informed us he was not satisfied with the product. He asked for a refund BEFORE installing the product just as our warranty states.We agreed to do so with absolutely NO HESITATION. We received the product back in two separate boxes not 1 piece as we had shipped which were crushed down on the top but we could not see into the boxes. Upon opening the boxes we found BOTH items were damaged one much worse than the other.This is called UNDISCLOSED DAMAGE by the freightlines. On top of the boxes were the pattern of a pallet which appeared to be made by something heavy that was stacked on top of the boxes that was indeed heavy enough to crushed them. I immediately contacted the buyer as well as the freight company that delivered the items back to us. I was advised that the shipper was the INSURED party and would have to initiate the claim . I informed the customer and have contacted him several times since. Our phone is not disconnected nor has it ever been. We are still here and doing business as we have for 46 years now. If you receive a product from us and are not happy with it all you have to do is contact us BEFORE you use it and we'll cheerfully give you a refund. We are still working to get this customers problem resolved in a timely manner and have both the product and the boxes stored as delivered for inspection by the freightline.We have many satisfied customers as per the comment about a fuel rail. regretfully we cannot satisfy everyone as is with all businesses. We try hard to but it is simply impossible in the world we live in today. I make no excuses for a dis-satisfied customer. Every business doing any volume will and does have them. All the rest of this thread is as always the same small group of people just stirring the pot to get attention.
