ok, Pyro...since you have such deep knowledge i wonder why would YT be such a big dang deal? they made XT's and YT's and AT like my HST and maybe even ZT? why YT so much of an issue? i see many YT Vikings on videos, some must have been ok? I do like the Vegas. for its room, i am a Valero guy and Vegas very attractive to me. Plus running a bigger motor legally is attractive. yur thoughts? thanks, Valero man.

It's all Hydrostreams they are all made crappy .,,,, but if u love em like I do u look past that ..,, and fix it right and drive the piss out of it because they are the most fun to drive .... But it is what it is its probly rotten .... My friend had one that was so mint I mean it was so freakn nice we thought it was the exception to the rule we never thought it would b rotten .... It was ... Came apart a month or two of owning it .... Was lucky he didnt get hurt .,.. The bottom just cracked one day .... Huge crack a few feet long the boat was flooded in seconds ....

what i have found they dont drain and no one puts the nose up way way up to drain all the water out
so even a new core will have a problem in a few years if its not drained out properly

My question is can anyone make an aluminum Valero windsheild Black anodized and put new black plastic in it? or dark tinted plastic?

I would assume that a shop would charge around 3 to 4 k mayb a lil less but alot better than the alternative .... Mayb afr can giv us a better quote as I am not a shop ....

Could take urs apart and get it powder coated and tinted ....

yeah, who would powder coat? maybe Taylor can put new panels in? they still make windshields? i have black rubber rail from Hydrostream and now windshield would look sick Black too!

sure if you know of any custom mettle fab shop with a english wheel and found the right frame profile
