V-PAD modification
if a 16 foot V-HULL has no pad can one built into it and if so how big and how to?

Yes and there are several threads about padding hulls in the Fiberglass forum.
This boat I padded in 84.It's round bottom from the factory,Rabco Steaker.A world of difference.
