    This is the best picture I can find of the rail I'm using. This is on Aaron Wacholz "Stealth" Virage he made. I was fortunate enough to be rolling into Arrons shop as he was taking his boat out for it's maiden voyage. I got to ride shotgun for the second lap then drive it on the third lap. I got the idea to glass everything together from his boat. It sure ties everything together.

    I might need something wider like the stock one because my gel coat is kinda faded in some parts.

    This one is the same size. Just the materials are reversed. I don't remember the cost though.

    I found a site with various rub rails, I think I found a style that will work. It comes with both the track and the rubber.

    I just took the top deck off the boat today. I will start taking the floor out this week.

    Cut part of the floor up and took some SOGGY foam out of the sponsons. Actually had water pooled in the bottom of the right sponson. Towards the front seems more dry but there was no drainage what so ever in the sponsons.

    The soggy foam was easy to take out and was able to pry it out in larger sections, some about 2 feet long. These pictures are a little old, I have all but the very bow ripped up now.

    I have to support the sponsons on the trailer a little bit. They flex pretty bad when I bounce in the boat. I have decided on bulkheads in the sponsons to tie the outside of the sponsons to the inside

    I was looking at the boat and thinking I might cut out the sides of the ski locker completely and replace them with stringers. It will look similar but w ill be something more solid to mount the gas tank and transom knees to.

    Just went to the dump, took 260 lbs out of the boat excluding water that evaporated, was mainly the flotation and floor

    I have a little bit more floor to take out and I will be cutting the transom next
