Talon F20
Anyone have any experience with a talon F20? What kind of ride compared to my euro? Also what speed would you expect with a 15" 300XS? Are they well built boats? Any info would be appreciated. I'm thinking of selling my euro hull for something I can fish. But then agian don't know if I could bring myself to sell it. Might just have to have 2 boats. Thanks

Haven't come up with a price yet. And not sure if I want to sell it yet. Just looking for a fast fishing boat at the moment. If I find something I want it will then go for sale. Didn't know jake from State Farm liked to go fast.

You can buy a new one from Mike Vernese of the Ugly Boat Co Perry FL , he ( or his sons in ft p ) have the original molds. I know of a few originals for sale… only problem with the originals is that they are heavy. If someone was able to build a new one light, you could REALLY have something special.

When you say light, how light would it have to be to run over 100mph with my xs? Also if it is light enough to run those speeds, is it going to compromise the durability?

Your better off looking at the SCB boats out of TX. I just sold mine and loved it. Look for either the Topcat or the F22.
