13' lazer with mid-90's evinrude 50hp. This is a great opportunity to allow your son, daughter or wife to get an orientation into high-performance boating without putting them in something that runs decent, looks great and can be handled safely by a novice.

Best i can tell, someone blew a mold off a gw invader and made it longer and pointy in front. The older guys on this forum probably know the real history.

In any case, this was a father/son deck off rebuild. Full balsa core installation, and transom replacement with knee braces. The layup is a quality job done with nytex and polyester resin. I used to work for hydrostream and have done many complex fiberglass repairs, so this isn't a rookie job.

It has full matching gauges with anodized bezels, a large built in gas tank, anodized cleats, a foot throttle and coil'y cord trim on the wheel. Single cable mechanical steeering. Seating is a professionally made custom bench that looks beautiful and fits well.

The motor is a very low hour, super clean dk.blue mid-90's evinrude 50hp with trim and tilt. Pushes the boat into the mid 40's. With 56cuin power, the boat was pushing 60mph with manageable oscillation, but that's a bit more than a novice should have.

Sits on a custom bunk trailer, and the rig can be launched with an atv . Boat will easily sit on a pwc lift.

Note that the pictures show various stages of completion and different motors. As it sits now, the ugly buckets have been replaced by the new bench, and the motor is a stock and stock appearing 50hp. My son repainted the trailer (rattle can, but nice job) and color coordinated the rims.
