Or you can cut the cooling line out, weld the block and reroute the cooling line like I did.....Click image for larger version.

    Okay now we wait.

Set a work light against the head to keep it warm overnight. Figgered it'd help the goo cure? Says to give it 24 hours regardless.

We'll see what happens tomorrow. Keep yer fingers crossed ...

When I ran a Kawasaki KZ powered drag big with big compression we always had a problem with the heads leaking at the snouts in front and back of the timing chain. We used big ARP studs and copper head gaskets and the head would warp when torques down enough it would leak there.
We finally solved the leak using Toyota Seal Packing. Its a black sealer Toyota used on their oil pans and the stuff was amazing. Im thinking it might work for you.

The other option would be a dab of 3M 5200. It will take some heat and is rated to 190 degrees which is usually a conservative rating from the manufacturer. If it leaks after your fix I would try a little.

Yes , 3 - 400 Rpm, and it seemed to be quicker upon acceleration (if one can really tell).

Ha! Nah, still too early to tell ... Though we did get her runnin, with no water leaks. WooHoo!

She sure want's to run but seems like #1 & 3 aren't firing just right. Checks out fine with spark tester but if'n ya pull the leads when it's runnin it don't make much difference?

Thinkin I might swap back to dual powerpacks'n see if that makes a difference. I dunno what else to do. Purty sure we got the correct flywheel, stator & timer base for this CD4 setup?

Ya, sure sounds like she is missing, what happens when you bring up the RPMs?
    Thinking maybe weak spark.
