Barefoot Bob...My family owns Ginne Springs,im not sure if your familiar with it but its one of the major spring clusters in FL.I learned how to dive when i was about 7 and took my first class when i was 11 but you arent allowed to get your card to you are 12 so i just waited a year, took advanced OW at 12,and a cavern class at 14,and a cave this past year.Ive been spearfishing with my dad for the last 3 or 4 years,at first i didnt like the feel of being 120miles offshore in 120-150ft of water, but i got used to it and now im hooked,my mom says im better with the gun than my dad now since im bringing on average 2-3 fish more than he is to the boat.

Rough Water
Rough Water, It sure isn't my V-King YT. 1 ft. or above FORGET it. You need to check for loose teeth when you get backDaGadget

The things that come to those who wait are usually the things left over by those who got there first.

How come Velocity isnt on the pole
Where did the idea of cougar or talon being rough water boats?
Velocitys have won more races then most of the boats on the pole. Not to mention the question isnt spacific enough, What size??? IO ot OB?? How rough??Lets trim down the question.
This is RUFF...

It's not a boat for the open seas but I've had mine for 9 years. I have never been in a boat that rides like that thing does, in
1.5+ft waves. It's awesome and you can still stay into it especially if there's two of you on board.

Define rough??
some guys dont see real rough water. Put me and my Velocity up against any boat close to its size and I will embarrass it, 24 Skaters included, once thay start to kite there done. I have plenty of seat time in a few different 24s there great in the chop but death in the slop. How can this pole exist without Velocity in it???

Need to be more Specific
If you are talking about smaller boats that have the potential to be really fast, it is definitely a 22' Velocity.
If you are talking bigger boats, there are sooo many, ie Sonic, APache, Midnight Express (the original drug runner), Scorpion (not Chris Craft) Believe it or not, my buddy used to race the Avanti factory One boat and it carved water like a knife. The same guy will embarrass almost anyone in his new Kryptonite 29 with twin 2.5 efis.
Good luck with the results!

This topic is hard to debate. Where comparing dogs to cats here. It should be divided into sizes of boats. 25 and under, 25 and over V-Hull. And so on for Cats.
