Power trim question?
Can anyone tell me when power trim became legal in the Sport classes? Was it ever legal in the Production classes. My recollection was that up through 1976 power trim was legal in only Unlimited,Unrestricted( R,S.T&X) and the Family Ski classes. All of my racing was pre power trim.

OPC I ran SJ with trim, that was early 70's ==== I think. Seems APBA allowed trim a couple of years after it came out on the Merc's.

I think you're correct about the "F" (Family classes) I remember when the "F" would step up to run "S" they didn't have trim.== The "S" Sport classes could run trim. I don't remember the year though......
