Finished 21 Paramount 300XS Project
I finally finished my 21 Paramount project...ended up going with a single 300XS. Boat is a ton of fun....still trying to figure out the right prop....ran 72 with a 25 tempest but was still a little low in the RPMs. Dont wanna jack the motor any higher I spend a majority of my time in the ocean and not on glassy water. Here are some quick vids I made from my last trip down to florida and some pictures.
Out for the only Lake/Canal run I have ever done...at Markham Park

....nice looking ride for sure! Like Parker mentioned I'd have to put some kind of windshield on that console as I fish in all kinds of weather down here and if the 'skeeters get too thick or it starts raining I'd want something to deflect them. Nice build!

I think you said before that you were only at 5400-5500rpms? Running 72mph at those rpms is a really strong number. Great job brotha!
