1976 24ft superboat, . help

Not to hijack the thread, but a friend of mine is having issues setting up his single 24 super boat. I think he has about 6-8" of setback. any suggestions on where to start with motor height?

I got mine with twins and 15 in set backs and I did something that no one wanted to try still testing the boat but getting good numbers

well.. it for sure needs some work, but is a classic and worth it.

If that was a race boat maybe they are 200's, how's fuel tank ? 40 years old looks good classic lines.. Remember "resin is your friend"

there are two, 50 gallon fuel tanks and this will be my first place to attack

just did a 110 gallon custom aluminum belly tank in my ghost ..a grand right their just for tank!! i actually used the guy that did the superboat tanks here on long island..
