ProMarineUSA is currently looking for a Parts Sales person.

Description:
Customer service and Parts look up in a high volume call center as well as Retail front counter responsibilities.
-Marine Repair Experience.
-Take customer orders as well as answer questions over the phone and in person.
-Use a variety of industry specific tools to find and verify accuracy of customer's orders and parts.
-Determine replacement parts required from customers requests, customer diagnosis/ descriptions, and self-diagnosis.
-Use marine engine/motor knowledge to assist customers in application and use of our parts & catalog.
-Customer relations experience.
-Willing to learn and adapt.
-General computer knowledge (including but not limited to Microsoft word, excel, outlook and Internet Explorer).
