I don't see anything wrong w/those pistons
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

The pipe effects the sqiush band so we need a paper on outboards with very short megaphones

hi i also have etce with carbs and early ignition on it just brought if for another guy ran 87 mph towing 2 skiers on a 1750 bullet but had sport master gearbox on it
does anyone run exhaust temp guages the only place to plump them in seems to be in the adaptor on the mid section
the engines down here are running for an hour at a time so the tune is not as harsh as your drag engines

Head depth and width effect were the engines make power. Overly wide squish are also more detonation prone.
