I think it was just a location thing. I have no neighbors behind or on the garage side of my house.
three houses in the neighborhood that day.
we all have this stuff ie; jewelry cash a few guns and some electronics.
Funny they moved a few over under shotguns to bet to my crazy pellet rifles im sure thinking they were big caliber rifles.
Dago.

If they broke into my house they would be very pissed, I sold all my good stuff long ago for the cash to buy boats and boat parts.

Weh had a rash of break ins in my neighborhood a whaile back. I have had an alarm system ever since we have lived there . Well sure enough got that call from alarm company my alarm was going off. Left work got home to find my back door kicked in. Pissed is not even the word. Lucky for me the bastereds didn't take any thing. After 20 plus years my alarm payed for its self that day..sorry to here it happened to you hopefully they get caught.

Hey Mike,
Sorry to hear this happened. I have been there and know the feeling of being violated and the internal rage that it causes. I have some land around me so there are no neighbors in direct sight and we are on a private road, however, I have 12 cameras (paid for themselves on the first go around)-never had to get the cops involved as I am not a fan of them at all. It was a friends a kid that lives down the road (car, the kids, them baiting my dog out to the pool area with a steak, and them going through my whole house all on video)-
They took 4 guns, video consoles, computer, and one of my sons mini bikes. I showed to the kids down the road and asked them to find out who they were and that was $500.00 in for them if they provide me with the names and addresses. About 20min. later, they were back and wanted there money. I headed over to the house of the first kid (it was his car that they used)-sat down at there table with my usb drive and laptop and watched the show. They called the other parents and kid over, we had a second showing, I got all of my stuff back and two grand additional for my troubles.
I wish they all went like mine did but I didn't want these kids (who had no records as of yet) to be put into system and be labeled for the mistake that they made as kids and have it affect them for the rest of their potential careers. I was very lucky that the parents were hard working good people and appreciated what I was doing by not getting the communist (law) involved. The one kid 16, sold his car to pay his half and the second kid got a job at publix to pay his dad back. He still works there and I make him carry my bags every time we go to the store. Get a camera system-they are cheap. I now have a sign at the end of my driveway that says THERE IS NOTHING ON THIS PROPERTY WORTH DYING FOR!!!

Hey mike tell the alarm guys you want a horn/siren out side some where. My neighbor had a system put in and her sirens are inside her house. If it goes off no one can hear it but the thieves. My chit is in the attic and the whole hood can hear it when it goes off. Sucks to have live in a world that we can't trust any one. But we live in some phucked times wright now.
