Dr 20 molds
Does Wally still have the triad dr20 molds the reason I am asking someone I know was thinking about getting one but he wanted it carbon fiber I was wondering what weight it could get to I was thinking rigged with driver pro gas or outlaw set-up between 1100-1200 or could it lighter I told him after driving the dock rocket they are quick I liked driving it i still like allys though as far as weight goes that weight is really lite for a dr20 but is it possible and still be strong

you could do it at about 700 lbs without driver and a merc.

The guy that has the molds is Chris permenter, I talked to him on Facebook a while ago and he will build a new boat.
My DR was about 650# so I would think a guy could almost cut that in half.Chet Olson

Not sure I'd want one that light. Those boats have quite the propensity to do somersaults

If you want one you would be better off buying the molds or one that is already built. JMHO!!!

Bob has asked about mine too but at this time I have a plan to fix it. It's going to take some time, that's why I picked up the quartermaster.
