Just picked up my new boat :-)
Brought this baby home today. Found it listed on this forum and checkmate forum. 1979 Checkmate Exciter. It's in beautiful condition. Cannot wait to get her out in the water.

Looks to be in good shape. Please post some more pics when you can. If they are cared for, these boats will last a long time. My brother-in-law bought an 82 Enchanter used in 85. Still solid.

I'll try to get some more when I get her out on the water. This boat has been meticulously taken care of. Always garage kept, covered and never left in the water or been rained in. The floor and transom felt like rocks.

iv had a few!! great all around boat . keep it dry theres wood everywhere!!!!!!! and they rot easy. but if you take care it will last
