I don't think the older PTT units used one.. they came along when the Fastrack system was introduced. I disabled mine, I just spliced the wires together. If you do have one, the part number is 0585141 for the one on my 200XP, 1992.
And the second relay on mine went yesterday.. good thing I bought two when the first one went

Just when I thought I had it all working them gremlin return so it's intermitant Cleaned up ground tested relays they checked out so on to the other wiring. There is a switch under the power head that is connected to the trim system might be just a trim indicated. Also I will follow all wiring to dashboard

Problem not in the manuel release valve. Most likely something is in system causing a value to stick the best way to fix is take apart and clean if it is not electrical. Does the motor run in down mode or not?

that thing under the powerhead is the up trim limit switch.. if it's bad or on it's way out, the motor won't go up. I cut the wires going to mine (by accident), and just spliced them together.

I am going to check all the basics tonight fluid level etc. it has to be that simple don't see signs of leakage but have not checked it since I owned it
