Going to try to make it for the river run and the races. Always wanted to tie my boat to the front porch and not be in the middle of a hurricane! Mr. Demeanor ya killed that one with the spider comment. Wife saw it! Damn it!!
Any one have any info on the local ramp and time of the river run? Thanks!

River run friday @ 12 central time at shelmond park ramp about 5 miles from race site most guys there several uours early to shhot the breeze and get put in ramp gets very crowded i usaly put in at race site and run up to shelmond tie up and hang out untill time to go

I am shooting to make it up again this year for the river run and spectate at the drags . Always a good crowd for the run and a good place to meet and greet old and new friends…maybe even sip a little moonshine ….
