Its the spec fuel for the club. DSRA has two fuels, the Sunoco 112 and GTX260 which is 98 octane. ODBA should check in to using that fuel for a class like River Racer and Superstock. Just an idea Originally Posted by HStream1

They would have to make a lot of changes in the rules then because a SS 260 gets to use 26cc heads while the Drag motor has to run 36-37cc (not sure) that helps equal things out . Originally Posted by patchesII

The 98 easily runs with 26 cc heads. Not saying it would even things out anymore than the 112, just allow a little better performance out of the lower octane classes by not having them vastly over octaned. Wouldn't make a big difference but would be easy to implement next year. Just swap a few 112 drums in the trailer with GTX. Too late in the year to do it now though
