OK how about who is staying where? Like I mentioned earlier I will cook up a BIG pot of Shrimp and sausage GUMBO saturday evening for a tail gate at my hotel. Holliday inn Kimball. I'd like to get an idea so Tim and I can plan ahead. It really doesn't matter where you are staying everyone is welcome. But I hate to WAY over cook and Dam sure dont want to under cook. So who is interested in attending? Right now i only know of 8 that will be staying at the Holliday Inn.
